Shipping policy

Our normal order process time to ship out orders is 7-15 business days since many of our items are made by order (not including weekends or holidays). The buyer will receive a order confirmation, shipping and tracking info to their email associated to their order. Please make sure shipping address is correct upon checking out. We are not responsible for an incorrect mailing address.Once shipping label has been printed, no changes to mailing address can be made. If your package was undeliverable and returned to us, your order will be recharged for shipping. Or if its been lost because of USPS,  or wrong address we arent responsible. Please note that once your package has arrived to USPS its out of our control what happens to your order. If for unfortunate reasons, your package was lost/stolen or delivered to incorrect address you will need to contact usps to open up a case for the missing package we are not responsible.
